The Customer must ensure that their email address is accurate and capable of receiving emails, particularly by configuring spam filters appropriately.<\/p>\n 2.5<\/strong> The contract text will be stored after the conclusion of the contract and sent to the Customer in written or electronic form. Customers are encouraged to save or print these terms and their order details.<\/p>\n 2.6<\/strong> The contract language is German. Additional languages may be selectable during the order process.<\/p>\n 2.7<\/strong> Before submitting the order, Customers have the opportunity to review and correct their entries. Browser-based tools (e.g., zoom function) may assist in this process.<\/p>\n 3.1<\/strong> In accordance with EU consumer law, consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n 3.2<\/strong> The details, deadlines, and conditions for withdrawal are provided in the separate cancellation policy made available to the Customer before the contract is concluded, including a withdrawal form template.<\/p>\n 3.3<\/strong> The right of withdrawal does not apply to:<\/p>\n goods made to the Customer\u2019s specifications or clearly personalized,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n sealed goods (including software, media, or hygiene products) once the seal has been broken,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n digital content once downloading or streaming has begun with the Customer\u2019s explicit consent<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n 4.1<\/strong> All prices listed in the Provider\u2019s online shop are final prices<\/strong> and include the statutory value-added tax (VAT). Any additional shipping costs will also be clearly displayed during the ordering process.<\/p>\n 4.2<\/strong> The available payment methods (e.g., credit card, PayPal, instant bank transfer, advance payment) are indicated in the online shop and during the checkout process.<\/p>\n 4.3<\/strong> The Provider may require advance payment before dispatch. The invoice amount is due for immediate payment unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n 5.1<\/strong> Delivery is made to the address specified by the Customer during the order process, within the delivery area supported by the Provider.<\/p>\n 5.2<\/strong> If delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the Customer (e.g., incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery), the Customer shall bear the resulting additional costs. This does not apply if the Customer exercises a statutory right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n 5.3<\/strong> For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods transfers only upon delivery to the Customer. For business customers, the risk passes to the shipping carrier upon handover.<\/p>\n 5.4<\/strong> The Provider reserves the right to withdraw from the contract if self-supply by a supplier fails through no fault of the Provider. In such cases, the Customer will be informed promptly and any payments already made will be refunded.<\/p>\n 5.5<\/strong> Self-collection is not possible for logistical reasons unless otherwise indicated in the online shop.<\/p>\n The delivered goods remain the property of the Provider until full payment has been received. For business customers, the following also applies: resale is permitted only in the ordinary course of business, and claims arising from such resale shall be assigned in advance to the Provider.<\/p>\n 7.1<\/strong> Statutory provisions regarding liability for defects (warranty) apply unless otherwise specified below.<\/p>\n 7.2<\/strong> For business customers:<\/p>\n The warranty period for new goods is 12 months from delivery.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Warranty for used goods is excluded.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n The Provider reserves the right to choose between repair and replacement.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Replacement does not reset the warranty period.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n 7.3<\/strong> For consumers, the statutory warranty period of 2 years remains unaffected.<\/p>\n 7.4<\/strong> The above limitations do not apply in cases of:<\/p>\n fraudulent concealment of defects,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n claims for damages due to injury to life, body, or health,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n gross negligence,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n products with digital elements where the Provider is obligated to supply updates.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n 7.5<\/strong> Business customers are subject to the obligation to inspect and report defects in accordance with \u00a7 377 of the German Commercial Code (HGB). If defects are not reported in due time, the goods are deemed accepted.<\/p>\n 7.6<\/strong> Consumers are requested (but not obligated) to report transport damage directly to the carrier upon delivery. Failure to do so has no effect on existing warranty rights.<\/p>\n 8.1<\/strong> The Provider shall be fully liable for:<\/p>\n intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n guarantees (if expressly given),<\/p>\n<\/li>\n mandatory statutory liability, in particular under the German Product Liability Act.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n 8.2<\/strong> In the event of slightly negligent breaches of essential contractual obligations, liability shall be limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage.<\/p>\n 8.3<\/strong> Any further liability is excluded.<\/p>\n 8.4<\/strong> The above liability provisions also apply to the benefit of the Provider\u2019s legal representatives, employees, and vicarious agents.<\/p>\n The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers, this choice of law applies only to the extent that it does not deprive them of mandatory consumer protection rights under the law of the country in which they have their habitual residence.<\/p>\n If the Customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is the Provider\u2019s registered office. For consumers, the statutory rules on jurisdiction apply.<\/p>\n 11.1 The Provider offers Customers various subscription models (\u201cSubscriptions\u201d) against payment. Subscriptions grant Customers special benefits, including but not limited to discounts on products offered in the online shop. The exact scope of benefits, prices, and billing cycles are described in the respective subscription offer on the website.<\/p>\n 11.2 The Subscription may be cancelled by the Customer at any time. Cancellation becomes effective if it is declared no later than 3 (three) days before the beginning of the next billing period. If cancellation is made later, the Subscription will continue until the end of the following billing period. Cancellation may be made either\u00a0 via the Customer\u2019s personal account in the online shop, or\u00a0 in text form by email to the Provider.<\/p>\n 11.3 Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal when purchasing a Subscription. However, this right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the Customer has already made use of the Subscription benefits (e.g., by purchasing goods at a discounted price). In this case, no refund of the Subscription fee will be made.<\/p>\n 11.4 The Provider reserves the right to terminate a Subscription with a notice period of one month, provided that there are objective reasons for doing so (e.g., discontinuation of the Subscription program or significant changes in the legal framework). In such cases, any prepaid fees for periods after the effective termination date will be refunded proportionally.<\/p>\n 12.1 The video materials, tutorials, and instructions provided on the Provider\u2019s website are made available exclusively for informational and educational purposes.<\/p>\n 12.2 The video content does not constitute professional advice, technical certification, or legally binding instructions, and does not replace individual assessment, professional training, or manufacturer-specific documentation.<\/p>\n 12.3 The Provider makes no representation or warranty that the information contained in the video materials is complete, accurate, up to date, or suitable for a specific purpose or vehicle.<\/p>\n 12.4 Any actions taken by the Customer based on the video materials are carried out at the Customer\u2019s own risk and responsibility. The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, safety regulations, manufacturer guidelines, and technical requirements.<\/p>\n 12.5 The Provider shall not be liable for any damages, losses, malfunctions, data loss, vehicle damage, or consequential damages arising from the use of, reliance on, or inability to apply the video instructions, unless mandatory statutory liability applies.<\/p>\n 12.6 In particular, the Provider assumes no liability for damages caused by incorrect application, misinterpretation, lack of technical expertise, or improper use of tools, software, or hardware demonstrated in the video materials.<\/p>\n 12.7 The above disclaimer applies equally to consumers and business customers, subject to mandatory statutory provisions.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Terms and Conditions 1.
